Your Las Vegas Wedding

Las Vegas bills itself as the wedding capital, and it lives up to its slogan.  The
county issues 122,000 marriage licences a year!  They have weddings down to a science and they make
it easy and stress free!

If you can dream it, Las Vegas can figure out a way to do it, making it fun and stress free for all involved.

Only in Las Vegas can you get married at a chapel 800 feet in the sky or in an exotic tropical garden with
a waterfall as a backdrop.

What about saying your “I Do's” LITERALLY on the strip..the sidewalk in front of the Bellagio fountains or
at Paris' Eiffel Tower?  Not a problem.

In a car or on the back of a Harley in a drive through ceremony?  Not a problem. You don't even have to
get out of the vehicle.

Married by Elvis?  Not a problem...and they can find a Tom Jones,  Rodney Dangerfield or other celebrity
impersonators that will officiate at your wedding.  And if you want to pay a extra, Elvis will drive you down
the strip in a pink Cadillac convertible with a huge just married sign on the back.  The Elvis
impersonators are licenced ministers who can legally marry you or renew your wedding v ows.

In a gondola inspired by the canals of Venice surrounded by singing tenors?  No problem!

In jeans and a t-shirt to a designer wedding gown and a tuxedo? Attire is NOT a  problem.

A vow renewal or a commitment ceremony?   They happen here every day!

From elegant to the totally tacky, there's a way to tie the knot your way and at a price you want to pay.

Las Vegas Wedding Chapels

Las Vegas Weddings At The Little Chapel Of The Flowers

You won't have to plan it alone, every wedding chapel has wedding coordinators that will guide you
through the process and its not going to cost you one extra penny!  Its all part of their service.  They
package the ceremony for a basic price and you are free to add on the extras.

You'll get the basic ceremony, the use of the chapel, the services of a minister or officiant, some form of
music, a boutinere and a bouquet, and some basic pictures.   Most will include a limo pickup from your
hotel to the chapel and back.  If you don't have a witness, they'll provide one for you. I've seen basic
packages start at $99.00. Accent is on the word BASIC, but you can have an economical legal and fun
wedding for a budget price.

From there you can add on the extras,  a video, champagne, wedding cake, garter, licence holder and
some will even broadcast your ceremony on the internet for your stay at home guests.  They can webcast
(or wedcast)  your wedding for your stay at home guests so they can be a part of the wedding as it
happens.  Some chapels webcast for free, others charge a fee.  We recommend you buy the DVD of the
ceremony so you can share it when you get home.  Memories are priceless, the DVD will be there when
the webcast is off the internet.

You'll get more flexibility in your options with a wedding chapel because the prices start low and you add
the components you want to the ceremony.  They are also available for spur of the moment weddings
24/7.

Don't assume all wedding chapels are directly on the Las Vegas strip.   Some are, some aren't.  Some are
in the older section between downtown and the Stratosphere and some are tucked away in small
shopping centers.  Some are just off the strip.  Make sure you read the testimonials and look at the web
site before you book. Call them and ask your questions on the phone.  If you aren't satisfied with service
you receive on the phone, look at other chapels.  Most chapels will move heaven and earth to make your
dreams a reality.

Most of the major hotels have wedding chapels.  They are very elegant and offer you complete
packages of everything but your wedding attire.  They all have wedding coordinators so you don't have
to do anything but make the decision as to the type and cost of the wedding.

You don't have to be a hotel guest to marry at the hotel. Its may be more convenient for you and your
wedding party, but not a stipulation to be married in their chapel.  Sometimes they include discounted
rooms in the package.  I recommend you stay at the hotel the night before and the wedding night.  You
avoid having to hire a limo and you can get ready in the hotel or hotel chapel.  You are a short elevator
ride away from your ceremony and you won't have to hassle with the traffic on the strip and traveling in
your wedding attire.   The hotel will give you a later check out the day after your ceremony with prior
arrangements, so you will have time to pack and dine before you change hotels or depart for home.

The hotel chapels are very elegant and tend to be more of a traditional wedding experience.  You'll see
lots of chandaliers and elegant fabrics and fresh floral arrangements.  Most have a special brides room
to dress for the ceremony.  They can arrange a wedding reception for you on the premises.

I personally have seen the chapels at the Bellagio, Treasure Island, Tropicana, Rio, Stratosphere,
Excalibur, Paris, The Venetian and Wynn's and all are amazing, each are unique.

Expect to pay more at a hotel than at a chapel, but they can also marry you “theme style”.  Excalibur
does the Camelot inspired knight in shining armor theme.  At Paris, you can wed on the Eiffel tower, at
the Venetian, in a gondola with a singing gondolier.  At the Bellagio, on a terrace with a view of the
fountains.  The Stratosphere will marry you 800 feet in the sky.  At the Riviera, you can rent costumes
and be Scarlett O'hara and Rhett Butler or Superman.  Imagine showing those wedding pictures to the
kids.

Contact each hotel individually for their chapel and wedding information.  Don't be afraid to ask
questions.  They are experienced wedding professionals and they can handle any question or situation.
The hotels will have information on their web site, including photos and prices.  I recommend you call
them personally with any questions or concerns before you book.  You can expect impecable
personalized service.
